Love

Love can be defind as a strong feeling of deep affection for somebody or something. Love should be for an appropriare person or thing and in appropriate measure. Love can be clasified into various types, Universal love, parental love, friendly love, sexual love, romantic love marrical love, nighbouring love, monetary love and specific love.

Universal means you love all things and being created by Allah. Coleridge talks of the universal love in his poem “ The Rime of the Ancient Mariner”. Parental love is the affection exists between parents and children. Friendly love is what friends for each other. Too much romantic love leads to death or suicide. Married love is the love of the married couple. Neighberly love is the love for your neighbour. Monetary love is the strong passion that you love for money. When you love some hobby or game, it is specific love. Love is the attachment that results from deeply appreciating  another's goodness.

Love is when you need someone to be a part of your life, even when they are boring and dumb and rude, because you know they will again have one of those moments where they shine and that light is what you need to survive.

There is a proverb that “ Universal love is always good, but monetary love is always bad”. The advantage of love is that it conquers all. It make the world go round. The disadvantage or danger of love cannot be ascribed to every kind of love. Bacon rightly said “ Nuptial love maketh mankind, friendly love prefecteth it, but wanton love corrupteth or embaseth it.

When it comes to true love, commitment is more than just monogamy. Its the knowledge that your partner cares for you and has your back, no matter what the circumstances. People who are strongly commited to one another will, when faced with seemingly negative information about their partner, see only the positive. For example, a friend comments that your partner doesn't say a lot. "Ah yes, he's the strong, silent type," you reply. People with less commitment to their partner would instead say something like, "Yeah, I can never have conversation with him. Its annoying."

 

Whenever we ask, “What is love?” it’s usually because a) we’re unsure if a certain special someone really loves us, or b) because a certain special someone just accused us of not really loving them.
